Dr. Shalya Anand is the Founder and Managing Trustee of SmileAge Initiative Trust and visionary leader of SmileAge India, advancing oral health literacy as a cornerstone of healthy ageing. With over 30 years of clinical experience as Consultant Dental Surgeon at Dr. Anand’s Dental & Aesthetic Clinic in New Delhi (since 1995), she works at the intersection of oral health, health economics, and public health to champion prevention-focused, people-centered care. She serves as Chair of the Oral Health Literacy Division & Strategic Planning Committee of the International Health Literacy Association, Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, and Dental Officer for India at the World Alliance for Mercury-Free Dentistry.

Dr. Raj K. Kanwal
Dr. Raj K. Kanwal is a distinguished Professor and Infertility specialist, who runs Kanwal Fertility and Women Health Care Centre and Ujjain Fertility and IVF Center in Ujjain. With over 17 years of clinical experience (MBBS, DNB Obstetrics & Gynecology, Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery), he excels in IVF, IUI, maternal care, and advanced fertility treatments. As Trustee, he contributes clinical, ethical, and family-centered perspectives to SmileAge’s work on women’s health, maternal wellbeing, and life-course approaches to healthy ageing.
Mr. Prashant Jha
Prashant Jha is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in advising international and domestic clients on issues relating to brand adoption, prosecution and registration of trademarks, designs and copyrights. He assists in providing legal support to SmileAge Initiative Trust. He ensures the Trust’s activities align with applicable regulations and good practices in transparency, compliance, and organisational risk management.
